This workshop takes participants on a journey of discovery of Sabar dance in all its cultural dimensions. It's an opportunity for participants to experiment with the practices, rhythms and history of this dance.

To fuel the development and creativity of the Sabar, participants will also have the opportunity to practise the Acogny technique, which is the foundation of the Ecole des Sables, as well as practising Sabar percussion.
