DRUMMING XXL' brings together seventy performers from the three schools for this exceptional version of Drumming, created in August 1998 by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker and Rosas, to music by Steve Reich.
The dancers from the different schools will work on a new version under the direction of Clinton Stringer, recreating several sections of the original piece, making their own transformations of the original material, creating duets and trios, and using the underlying structures of the original choreography to create new constructions.
