He has successively been administrative and technical assistant, treasurer, logistics manager, project coordinator, personnel manager, administrative director and currently general manager.
A doctoral student in Business Administration, specializing in Creative Industries, he is developing an inclusive perspective on dance in Senegal, highlighting its social, spiritual and cultural aspects.
He is also building strong links with local organizations and renowned international institutions.
