A workshop totally dedicated to the meeting of the continent, its Diaspora and those who practice dances from Africa or its Diaspora (choreographers, dancers in training and dance professionals), to create links, share knowledge and strengthen the bridge between Africa and its Diaspora. Promote experimentation in traditional, contemporary and social dances.
A two-weeks International Intensive Workshop organised by Alesandra Seutin with Ecole des Sables in Toubab Dialaw, Senegal as the hosts. This workshop aims to connect dancers who work in street dance and club styles, to dance theatre, social and contemporary forms, creating new narratives by embodying dances of the African Diaspora and Africa in Senegal, Africa.
