Dance-Theatre Workshop

We invite you to the Dance-Theatre Workshop at Ecole des Sables, a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the contemporary world of movement, acting, poetry/slam in Africa and the West. Taking place from 11 to 23 September 2023, this workshop is designed for actors and dancers looking to expand their skills and explore new approaches to their craft.

Led by renowned professionals in the field, the focus of the workshop is on the actors and dancers. Through a range of classes and exercises, you will be challenged to push your boundaries and develop your skills in a supportive and creative environment. Our goal is to help you grow and evolve as an artist, and to give you the tools and techniques to take your craft to the next level.

Ecole des Sables is a stunning location for this workshop, with its beautiful natural surroundings and vibrant cultural scene. Located in Toubab Dialaw, Senegal, the school is a hub of creative energy, attracting artists from all over the world. During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals, building new friendships and creative partnerships that can last a lifetime.

What do you need to apply?

– Your C.V., 

– A recent portrait, 

– A letter or video explaining your relationship to theatre as a space or discipline. Why do you want to participate in this workshop?,
